The Staunton No. 5 CHW26 BROWN figures, like some other Staunton style chess figures of the same size, i.e. 3.50'', can be offered as a set together with a very aesthetically pleasing wooden case for their storage, equipped with inserts matching the individual figures.

The Staunton No. 5 figures with King, 90 mm high, are perfectly suited to the No. 5 and 4+ chess board. Staunton No. 5 and 4 figures are popular sets in Europe. They are eagerly played by French, English and chess players in European countries.

They are made from hornbeam wood and stained to give them a slightly rustic finish. The figures are carefully finished, weighted and felt lined underneath, making them comfortable to hold and move around the chessboard.

The standard version of the chest is stained and comes in two colours: brown and black.
